Purpose: Investigation whether tumor biological marker correlate with clinical and histological factor, if the biological marker have a prognosis value and could be used for new therapy. Material and Methods: 53 advanced squamous cervical cancers were retrospectively analyzed. FIGO stages: 13 IIB, 34 IIIB, 6 IVA. Histological grading: 27 tumours G2 and 26 cases G3. The patient age varied between 35 and 78 years. All the parameter were analyzed by diagnosing. The patients underwent curative radiotherapy. Histological factors (stage, grading, and metastasis), immunhistochemical tumorbiological marker (vascularisation CD31, vascular endothelial growth factor VEGF, von Hippel-Lindau and VHL P53 protein expression) tumor hypoxia and clinical factor (age, anaemia) were exanimate in their interaction and their impact of 5 years survival analyzed. Results: Age (p=0.05), anaemia (p=0.0001), metastasis (p Conclusion: In our investigation clinical, histological and biological tumor marker were detected as prognosis factor. However the important ones in cervical cancer are the clinical factors.
