Zusammenfassung: | As more and more people work on the topic digitalisation and edit it more or less loudly from different aspects, the topic can have an overwhelming effect on less digitally affine people. Therefore, now it is an important point to gather the existing information of the known actors, to sort and to judge their motivation and relevance. With a view on the global production of food, the international agricultural spectrum has to be examined. In addition to the scientific research, many interviews with internationally active experts and organizations were conducted to examine these tasks. For a better understanding of the figures from the statistical databases of the EU, the FAO and various organizations, a targeted survey of proven experts and a more comprehensive survey within the scope of this master's thesis were started. Many technical solutions were personally inspected and analysed in technical discussions. The result is that all 570 million farmers worldwide are affected by digitization in agriculture. The economic sector of the AgTech companies will grow rapidly. Digitization will make food production more transparent, sustainable and healthier. This will be a good basis for increased confidence in the work of all. Mobile payment systems, automation and AI supported technologies will help the farmers to keep the goals. The small farmers will contribute significantly to food security, supported by the recultivation of not used farmland and many other measures. The necessary amount of the global harvest will be secured in the future. In order to reach the big goal "2030 Zero Hunger", the worldwide community of states only has to implement the agreed 17 SDGs of the UN. |
