| Abstract: | Der Artikel thematisiert das Euthanasieprogramm an der Landesheilanstalt Altscherbitz in Schkeuditz. Der Artikel weist den Mord zahlreicher Patienten in den Tötungsanstalten Brandenburg und Bernburg nach, sowie weitere Strategien der gezielten Tötung von Patienten in der Landesheilanstalt selbst bzw. durch Deportation. Die Leitung der Anstalt hatte während dieser Zeit Dr. Harald Krüger (geb. 1888, GND: 1072243792) inne, dessen Prozess und Werdegang nach 1945 analysiert wird. The article deals with the euthanasia programme at the Altscherbitz State Sanatorium in Schkeuditz. The article provides evidence of the murder of numerous patients in the killing centers of Brandenburg and Bernburg as well as further strategies of targeted killing of patients in the state sanatorium itself or by deportation. During this time, the management of the institution was in the hands of Dr. Harald Krüger (born 1888, GND: 1072243792), whose trial and career after 1945 is analyzed. |
