| Abstract: | Climate change is one of the primary drivers of biodiversity loss, potentially influencing every stage of a plant specie’s life and interacting with various biotic and abiotic factors. To predict and mitigate these impacts, it is crucial to identify the most vulnerable life stages and determine the most influential factors. First, I introduce the topics, outlining the concepts and the role of demographic studies as valuable tools. Second, I investigate how future climate conditions alter the balance between pollen limitation and resource limitation. Third, I explore how climate change and land use interact to influence the population growth rates of grassland species. Fourth, I examine the interactive effects of insect herbivores, pathogens, and climate change on plant population dynamics. Finally, I synthesize the findings, demonstrating how they contribute to our understanding of plant population dynamics and the interactions between climate change and biotic and abiotic factors. |
