Abstract: Ziel der Arbeit war der Transport pflanzlicher Ceramide (PhytoCER) in die Haut mittels Nanocarrier. Die PhytoCER verschiedener Pflanzen (Erbse, Ethiopischer Senf, Bohne und Hafer) wurden charakterisiert und die Hautpenetration von in Nanocarrier geladenen Hafer-PhytoCER in vitro und ex vivo untersucht.
The study aimed at delivering plant ceramides (PhytoCERs) into the skin using nanocarriers. The PhytoCERs from different plants (grass pea, Ethiopian mustard, haricot bean and oat) were characterized and the skin penetration of oat PhytoCERs loaded in nanocarriers was assessed in vitro as well as ex vivo.
