dc.description.abstractZiel der Arbeit war der Transport pflanzlicher Ceramide (PhytoCER) in die Haut mittels Nanocarrier. Die PhytoCER verschiedener Pflanzen (Erbse, Ethiopischer Senf, Bohne und Hafer) wurden charakterisiert und die Hautpenetration von in Nanocarrier geladenen Hafer-PhytoCER in vitro und ex vivo untersucht.-
