Abstract: Bei 40 Patienten mit inoperablem Bronchialkarzinom wurden Untersuchungen zur Lebensqualität mit dem Fragebogen QLQ C30 durchgeführt. Die Patienten erhielten 6 Zyklen Chemotherapie. Die Ergebnisse: Die Lebensqualität hat sich bei Patienten mit nicht kleinzelligem Bron-chialkarzinom im Untersuchungszeitraum nicht geändert. Bei Patienten mit kleinzelligem Bronchialkarzinom war es zu einer Verbesserung der Lebensqualität gekommen. Die Diagnose "Krebs" führt nicht dazu, dass Patienten plötzlich religiös werden. 63% der Patienten hatten bereits vor Beginn der Chemotherapie Potenzprobleme. Zusätzlich wurden 100 Bronchialkarzinompatienten zum Diagnosegespräch befragt. Die Ergebnisse: Ein gutes Arzt-Patienten-Verhältnis ist wichtig für eine gute Lebensqualität der Tumorpatienten. Es ist 31% der Patienten schwer gefallen, den Angehörigen die Diagnose "Krebs" selbst mit zu teilen. Der gewünschte Hauptansprechpartner im Krankheitsverlauf ist der Arzt im Krankenhaus. Ebenfalls ist der Hausarzt für die Betreuung der Tumorpatienten wichtig. Die Familienangehörigen müssen frühzeitig in die Arzt-Patienten-Beziehung integriert werden.
Examinations were carried out with 40 patients with an inoperable lung cancer to the quality of life with the questionnaire QLQ C30. The patients got 6 cycles of a chemotherapy. The results: The quality of life hasn't changed with patients with a not small-celled lung cancer. With patients with a small-celled lung cancer the quality of life had improved.The diagnosis cancer doesn't suddenly lead to the religion of the patients. 63% of the people asked suffered from potency problems before the beginning of the chemotherapy. 100 patients with lung cancer were questioned about the diagnosis conversation. The results: A good doctor patient relationship is important to the good quality of life of the cancer patients. It had been difficult for 31% of the patients to inform the members of the family itself about the diagnosis "cancer". Main contact person for the cancer patients shall be the doctor in the hospital. The family doctor is also very important for the care to the cancer patients. The family must be integrated into the doctor patient relationship early.
