In this thesis the author deals with the question which ethics can provide us with reasonable and meaningful approach to the subjects of bioethics. Firstly, she declares that we can make ethical conditions with the formula of generalization of Kant' Categorical Imperative to find the consent from as many people as possible between different parties or groups. Secondly, she occupies herself with the thought of Hare, who tries to get closer to the question on the embryos research with universal prescriptivism that is wary of the consequence of actions. Thirdly, she examines the middle-level principles of Beauchamp and Childress having a strong effect on the biomedical ethics. The possibility of universalization that Beauchamp and Childress think acts just as a criterion for the compromise between quarrelling parties. Finally, she indicates that the discourse ethics cannot give well-founded answers to the question about the worthy of protection of embryos. She also explains that if we understand the answer to the ideological disputed issues as a result of discourses, it is nothing else a compromise on the middle level. She suggests introducing 'reflective utilitarianism', and understands it as a utilitarianism which connects the principle of utility with the formula of purpose of Categorical Imperative. With regard to the research of embryos, we should take measures against the misuse of embryos. However, the dignity of embryos cannot be easily substantiated. Therefore, we could not blockade the development of science which enables us to open the way for curing the people who suffer from the incurable diseases and for realizing the happiness of as many people as possible in our society.eng
