dc.description.abstractUsing process-based modelling approaches, the carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus dynamics (C, N, P) on arable soils are investigated and a method is developed that helps to evaluate organic amendments with regard to their humus building efficiency. Furthermore, a methodology is described to parameterize the turnover dynamics of organic amendments from incubation experiments in order to scale up the C-, N-, & P-dynamics to the field scale. In order to model the P dynamics, a new process model is introduced, which considers 2 mineral pools in addition to the organic turnovers which was evaluated on 4 field trials. The results obtained can be used to predict the long-term effects of organic fertilizers and to determine the current state of the soil and its matter fluxes in order to evaluate options for action and management strategies on arable soils.eng
dc.description.abstractMit prozessbasierten Modellansätzen werden die Kohlenstoff-, Stickstoff- und Phosphordynamiken (C, N, P) auf Ackerflächen untersucht und eine Methode entwickelt, welche dabei hilft, organische (org.) Reststoffe hinsichtlich ihres Humusaufbaupotenzials aggregiert zu bewerten. Weiterführend wird eine Methodik beschrieben, um die Umsatzdynamiken org. Reststoffe aus Inkubationsversuchen zu parametrisieren, um so die C, N- & P-Dynamiken auf die Feldskala hochskalieren zu können. Um die P-Dynamiken modellieren zu können wird ein neues Prozessmodell entwickelt, welches neben den organischen P-Umsätzen 2 mineralische P-Pools berücksichtigt, und auf 4 Feldversuchen evaluiert. Durch die gewonnenen Ergebnisse können Vorhersage zur Langzeitwirkung org.
