Verzichten Sie vielleicht auch einmal auf ein Recht! - zwischen Information und Persuasion ; eine textlinguistische und systemtheoretische Analyse der komplexen Textsorte Informations- und Ratgeberbroschüre zum Nachbarrecht

Abstract

Die Arbeit liefert eine Analyse der komplexen Textsorte Informations- und Ratgeberbroschüren zum Nachbarrecht. Es liegt die Hypothese zugrunde, dass mit der zu untersuchenden Textsorte nicht nur Informationen vermittelt, sondern durch die Emittenten auch eine Verhaltensbeeinflussung auf Rezipientenseite angestrebt wird und somit gesellschaftliche Funktionen erfüllt werden. Es fließen textlinguistische, lexikalische Parameter sowie jene der systemtheoretisch geprägten Textsortenlinguistik in die Analyse mit ein. Für die vorliegende Textsorte werden verschiedene Teiltextsorten mit unterschiedlichen Funktionen eruiert. Die Analyse der Broschüren (1983-2003) basiert auf zwei Teilkorpora. Die Arbeit erbringt einerseits den Beweis, dass Textsorten als kommunikative Strukturen von Funktionssystemen aufgefasst werden können, und andererseits, dass es für eine komplette funktionale Erfassung von Texten eines über die Textgrenzen hinausgehenden interdisziplinären Ansatzes bedarf.

The paper provides an analysis of the complex text type of information and advice brochures on neighbour law. It is based on the hypothesis that the text type to be examined does not only convey information, but that the issuers also aim to influence the recipient's behaviour and thus fulfil social functions. Parameters of text linguistics, lexical parameters, and those of system-theoretical text type linguistics are included in the analysis. Different types of subtexts with different functions are investigated for the text type under review. The analysis of the brochures (1983-2003) is based on two subcorpora. The work proves on the one hand that text types can be understood as communicative structures of functional systems, and on the other hand that an interdisciplinary approach beyond the boundaries of the text is required for a complete functional comprehension and identification of texts.
