Altenpflegeausbildung in Deutschland - Diskussion der Prognosen zu einer Integration der Altenpflegeausbildung in eine generalistische Pflegeausbildung

Abstract

Die Forschungsarbeit untersucht das politische Vorhaben, die Altenpflegeausbildung gemeinsam mit der Gesundheits- und (Kinder-) Krankenpflege in eine generalistische Pflegeausbildung zu integrieren. Es werden die Hypothesen der Befürworter und der Gegner an statistischen Verläufen und ihren Trendfortschreibungen überprüft und diskutiert. Die Dissertation untersucht das Thema in historischer, alters- und partizipationsassoziierter, territorialer, berufsbildungstheoretischer, ökonomischer und systemisch-struktureller Perspektive. Das Spezifische, sowie Mehrwert und Outcome der deutschen Altenpflege(-ausbildung) wird umrissen und eine prognostische ökonomische und soziale Gesetzesfolgenabschätzung antizipiert. Es handelt sich um eine historisch-, quellenkritische Literatur- und Dokumentenanalyse, die durch Ergebnisse aus leitfadengestützten Experteninterviews und betriebswirtschaftlichen Analysen ergänzt wird.

The research work examines the political project of integrating the care of the elderly with the health and (child) nursing care in a generalist nursing education. The hypotheses of the advocates and opponents are examined and discussed in terms of statistical progressions and their trend extrapolations. The dissertation does examine the topic in historical, age-related and participatory-related, territorial, vocational-theoretical, economic and systemic-structural perspectives. The specifics, as well as the value and outcome of the German nursing care (education) are outlined and a prognostic economic and social analysis of the law and its consequencesis anticipated. It is a historical, source-critical literature and document analysis, supplemented by results from guided expert interviews and business analyzes.
