| dc.description.abstract | Die Verwirklichung von Patientenautonomie in medizinischen Entscheidungssituationen ist eine zentrale Frage in der Gesundheitsversorgung, der sich das Medizinrecht und die Medizinethik aus jeweils unterschiedlichen Perspektiven annähern. Um eine rechtssichere und gleichzeitig ethisch verantwortungsvolle Entscheidungsfindung zu gewährleisten, müssen beide Perspektiven miteinander in Einklang gebracht werden.
