Schulleitungsfortbildung und schulische Innovation - wie kann die Haltung zu einer Innovation bei Führungskräften gemessen werden und wie verändert sie sich durch Fortbildung?

Abstract

Am Beispiel einer Fortbildungsreihe für Schulleitungen wurde durch eine Längsschnittuntersuchung überprüft, inwieweit sich Fortbildung auf die Einstellungen und Haltungen sowie auf das innovationsbezogene Handeln der Teilnehmenden und somit auch auf die Qualität von Schulleitung auswirkt. Darüber hinaus wurde im Sinne einer Bestandsaufnahme der Umsetzungsgrad einer Innovation aus Schulleitungssicht gemessen.

It was determined through a longitudinal section study, using the example of an advanced education course for head teachers, how advanced education has an effect on the approach and attitude as well as on the innovation-related action of the participants and consequently also on the quality of head teachers. Furthermore, the implementation rate of an innovation from the perspective of the principals was measured in terms of a survey.
